  • Q1: When will I need the SCA passcode?

    You may need to do SCA authentication in the following scenarios:

    1)Initiate a payment transaction

    2)Add a beneficiary bank account

    3)Update your personal information

    4)Checking transaction history over three months

    5)When using a third-party payment interface

  • Q2: Can I not enable SCA?

    No, SCA must be enabled for all users of iPayLinks; however, if your transaction is under €30, then it will not be required.

  • Q3: As an iPayLinks user, what should I do?

    The SCA pass code will be sent to you by SMS, firstly you need to ensure that the mobile phone number in iPayLinks platform is correct, secondly keep your phone secure, use PIN, fingerprint or other methods to lock your phone, do not install APPs from unknown sources, keep your phone updated etc.

  • Q4:How to update my mobile phone number?

    In the top right corner of merchant portal, open Personal info> User Info to update your mobile phone number.

    To change the mobile number, you must pass the SMS verification of both the existing and new ones. If you have lost your phone or the existing number no longer receives SMS, please contact your dedicated account manager or call our customer service line to update it.
